Managed workflow

Simple for the customer. Controlled underneath.

The request, confirmed scope, status, payment, and approved delivery stay together instead of moving through public listings and disconnected handoffs.

01

Describe the outcome

Start a private job with the business need, target records, desired fields, sources, and output format.

02

Confirm scope and exact price

Material questions, permitted sources, acceptance rules, exclusions, and the final deliverable are resolved before commitment.

03

Production and quality control

Approved work proceeds against the written scope and is checked against the confirmed delivery requirements.

04

Pay when completed files are ready

Review the completed status, pay through the private workspace, and download the approved customer deliverables.

Built for accountable delivery

Quality is defined before it is measured.

Every request is reviewed for feasibility, lawful data use, source restrictions, and measurable acceptance criteria. A correct result may include explicit exceptions or unavailable values when permitted sources cannot support a field; information is never invented merely to fill a row.

Traceable sourcesSource URLs, document references, or observation dates can be included when the confirmed scope requires them.
Controlled exceptionsMissing, ambiguous, conflicting, and excluded records follow the written handling rules.
Purpose-built formatsCSV, Excel, JSON, cleaned files, validation summaries, and reports are supplied only when they serve the agreed use.
Private customer packageCustomer deliverables remain separate from internal production evidence and operational artifacts.
Before you start

Direct answers about the service.

The private workspace keeps each request, scope, price, payment status, and approved delivery connected from beginning to end.

What outputs can I request?

Common deliverables include CSV, Excel, JSON, cleaned source files, validation summaries, and custom written reports. Formats are confirmed in the job scope.

Which sources can be used?

Work may use customer-provided files and authorized public sources. Sources requiring prohibited access, bypassed controls, or incompatible terms are excluded.

How is quality measured?

Each job defines required fields, record expectations, output structure, validation rules, and acceptance criteria before production.

How is a job priced?

Price is based on the confirmed scope and shown before commitment. Payment is due only after completed files pass the agreed checks.

How can I pay?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Eligible card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. Cryptocurrency checkout is not currently available while live provider approval is pending.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Requests, files, scope, pricing, payment status, and downloads remain together in a private workspace accessed by email sign-in.
