Morrow Creek Data Services
Product data collection

Build a product dataset around the fields your decision requires.

Hire Morrow Creek to collect permitted public product and catalog information, normalize it into a defined schema, and deliver traceable CSV, Excel, or JSON records for comparison, planning, and internal analysis.

Define the product record before collection begins.

Product pages rarely describe the same item in the same way. The confirmed scope identifies the source sites or pages, what counts as one product, which fields are required, how variants are represented, and which public identifiers—such as SKU, MPN, UPC, EAN, or model number—should be retained when available.

We also define the requested currency, date and time treatment, unavailable-value rules, output format, coverage expectation, and acceptance checks. That gives the finished dataset a measurable contract instead of an assumed one.

Common product-data assignments.

Comparison

Catalog comparison

Organize specified product attributes across permitted public sources for side-by-side business analysis.

Normalization

Supplier catalog alignment

Map inconsistent category names, identifiers, units, and product fields into an agreed shared structure.

Planning

Product and service records

Build a documented snapshot of selected public offerings for sourcing, assortment, or market planning.

Product fields with useful context.

  • Product name, brand, category, and public identifier fields
  • Listed price, currency, unit, and promotion fields when specified
  • Variant, size, color, configuration, or package treatment
  • Availability represented exactly as observed on the source
  • Source URL and captured date for traceability
  • CSV, Excel, or JSON delivery with agreed column names and data types

Public product information can change after collection. Unless the written scope says otherwise, the deliverable is a documented one-time snapshot rather than an ongoing monitoring service.

Permitted sources and measurable quality.

Collection is limited to public information and methods approved during scope review. We do not bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions. Sources or requested uses that cannot be accepted are excluded before confirmation.

Quality checks can include required-field coverage, duplicate detection using agreed identifiers, allowed-value checks, format validation, and conflict handling. The written scope states which source controls a conflict and how missing or unavailable values are represented.

Commission product data shaped for the work ahead.

Describe the permitted sources, product categories, required fields, estimated record volume, and desired output. You will see the exact scope, acceptance rules, and price before commitment; payment is due after completed files pass the agreed checks.
